A large part of what we do is collect donations of small household essentials and make “house warming baskets” for individuals who have experienced homelessness and are now housed with a housing voucher. The house warming baskets are laundry baskets filled with essentials such as pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, small decor, sometimes sheets, shower curtains etc.

Heart to Home is a nonprofit organization and we are currently contracted with an organization called SistaTalkPHL and we offer case management services. Case Management services include helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness, navigating homelessness and housing programs, as well as job searching. We also provide resources to clients by collaborating with other organizations.
